Tommy Schichtl is an experienced quality management professional with a comprehensive background in quality assurance and control across multiple industries. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Snap-on since July 2021, Schichtl previously held similar roles at Structurlam and Schlumberger, where responsibilities included overseeing large quality departments and implementing scrap reduction efforts. Prior to that, Schichtl served as Sr. Quality Supervisor at Cameron, managing hydrostatic testing and compliance with industry specifications. With extensive experience at Remington Arms in various quality engineering and management roles, Schichtl also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Early career experience includes quality assurance supervision at Nucor Corporation and production facilitation at Virco. Schichtl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany/Plant Biology from the University of Arkansas.
