Michelle Tomes is an experienced recruiting professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Recruiting Manager at Snap! Mobile since November 2020, Michelle has developed new interviewing processes while focusing on hiring individuals who are passionate about community impact. Previous roles include recruiter positions at Amazon Web Services and Snap! Raise, where Michelle specialized in sourcing candidates for data science and sales roles, respectively. Prior to these positions, Michelle held various recruiting and program specialist roles at New Engen, Verticalmove, and zulily, demonstrating expertise in technical recruitment for leading companies in the tech industry. Michelle’s career began in multimedia management and photography, with a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Photography from Brooks Institute.
