Kelsey Parkinson, CSM has been working in the professional world since 2012. Kelsey began their career as a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist at Human Dynamics and Diagnostics. In 2013, they moved on to South Metro Human Services, where they worked as a Mental Health Counselor. In 2015, they took on the role of Scanning Coordinator at Fresh Thyme Farmers Market. Most recently, in 2022, Kelsey began working as an Assistant Project Manager at Snap Install, Inc.

Kelsey Parkinson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2010. In February 2022, they received their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
