Manager of Operations at Snap Install

Aimee Klebs has worked in various roles since 2015. Aimee started as a Zone Supervisor and Sales Associate at Gander Mountain, where they provided direct assistance to the Manager in the assigned areas of Apparel, Camping, Accessories, Footwear, Signing, Merchandising, Planograms, and Price Changes, as well as acted as the Manager-On-Duty on a rotating basis. Aimee also worked as a Pricing Specialist, Customer Service, and Sales Associate at Gander Mountain, where they received payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits, recommended, selected, and helped locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires, and handled multiple customers simultaneously as well as deal with customer complaints and misunderstandings. In 2017, they worked as an Intern at MS Society and as a Warehouse Associate at Clam Outdoors, where they prepared and packaged orders for shipment to customers in a timely manner, filled pick ticket orders, and identified and communicated potential inventory issues. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Overton's as an Operations Specialist and Warehouse Manager, where they assisted in all aspects of accounting, operations, and profitability through the highest standards of integrity and ethics, prepared and updated employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating using ADP and Kronos payroll software programs, and ensured new hire paperwork was completed and processed. Since 2019, they have been working at Snap Install, Inc. as a Manager of Operations, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Coordinator.

Aimee Klebs attended Bethel University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication, General.
