Brian W. Hirsch has a diverse work experience in various industries. Brian W. started their career in 2008 as a Corporate Health & Safety Specialist at Giant Eagle and worked there until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a Sanitarian Program Specialist at the Ohio Department of Agriculture. In 2020, they joined AVI Foodsystems as a Corporate Health & Safety Manager and worked until 2023. Brian W. also worked as a Bartender at Vail Resorts in 2002 and as a Licensed Fireworks Exhibitor/Pyrotechnician at Pyrotecnico starting from 2003. Currently, they are the Director of Quality Assurance & Food Safety at Snap Gourmet Foods since 2023.

Brian W. Hirsch has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health from Kent State University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Brian W. also holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Toledo, earned from 1994 to 1998. In addition, Brian has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, completed from 2001 to 2004. Brian W. has also obtained various certifications related to food safety and public health throughout the years.
