Serena Mon de Vienne is currently working at Snacka Snyggt retorikbyrå as the Vice VD, as well as a Ledarskapstränare och retoriker. Serena is responsible for leading leadership trainings with a focus on communication. Serena also works as an Utbildningsansvarig och senior retorikkonsult, overseeing the development of educational offerings and ensuring quality. In the past, Serena has held positions at Svenska med baby, Snacka Snyggt AB, Swedbank, Hyresgästföreningen, and Rädda Barnen/Save the Children Sweden. Serena holds a degree in Psykologi A from Mid Sweden University and has specialized in the field of retorikkonsultprogrammet. Serena has a background in dance as well, having received training at Balettakademin Stockholm.
