Maxwell Fenner is an experienced professional currently working as a Snowmaker at Smugglers' Notch Resort since November 2022. Previous positions include Outdoor Educator at Nature's Classroom New England, Field Technician at the University of Minnesota conducting Aural Bird Surveys and Vegetation Surveys, and Assistant Camp Director at Camp Yawgoog, where management of a BSA summer camp program for 60 staff members was key. Maxwell also held roles such as Store Cashier at Worldwide Wine Cellar Inc, Ecology Director, and Camp Counselor at Camp Yawgoog.
