Frances McNeil has extensive experience in customer service and central service delivery, currently serving as the Head of Central Service Delivery at SMS since October 2010. Prior to this role, Frances held positions as Head of Customer Service and Project Co-ordinator at the same company. Frances began a career in customer service at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where the individual worked as a Customer Service Officer from May 2003 to May 2010.
