Matthew McGarrity has extensive experience in manufacturing operations, currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Operations Manager at SMS Group USA since February 2015. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at Guardian Industries from December 2009 to February 2015 as Shift Manager, overseeing the production processes in a float-glass manufacturing plant and implementing Six Sigma and Lean methodologies for continuous improvement. Earlier in career, Matthew was employed at Cintas from January 2006 to December 2009, where responsibilities included managing production flow and leading a team of 60-70 employees as Plant Manager. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Waynesburg University.
