Michelle Reyes has over 15 years of experience in technical support and system engineering, currently serving as S&D Manager and previously as Technical Support Supervisor at SMS Global Technologies Inc. since November 2008. Prior to this, Michelle held the position of Lead System Engineer at NETSCOUT-Helpdesk Service from February 2011 to March 2018, focusing on customer support and system integration for the Asia Pacific region. Earlier roles include a Software Engineer at Accenture for a brief period in 2008 and Technical Support Engineer at SMS Global Technologies Inc. from 2004 to 2008, where responsibilities included system and network administration. Michelle holds a B.S. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Mapúa University, earned in 2003.
