Kyle McClellan serves as the Datacenter Manager at Grupo SMS Data Center since September 2019. Previously, from July 2015 to July 2019, Kyle worked as a Tech Team Technician at Fry's Electronics, where responsibilities included maintaining customer service, managing support phone calls, and installing and troubleshooting consumer electronics. Kyle possesses extensive experience in computer setup, repair, and software support, as well as strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office. Kyle holds a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Long Beach, obtained between 2018 and 2020.
