David Case is the President, CEO, and Owner of Smplsolutions, a position they have held since September 1998. Prior to this, they were the Regional Sales Manager for Hobas Pipe USA from March 1994 to September 1998, where they managed sales for the western 13 US states. From January 1993 to December 1994, they were a Sales Engineer for Insituform Technologies, responsible for specifications, bidding, and installation of pipe lining and repair in Los Angeles county and other parts of Southern California. David was also a Regional Sales Engineer for Contech from January 1991 to December 1993, designing and selling engineered construction solutions in piping, soil reinforcement, tunnels, and highway construction products. From January 1989 to December 1991, they worked as a Project Engineer for John A. Sayers & Associates, where they worked as a geotechnical/civil engineer on grading projects in Southern California. David is also a registered Civil Engineer in the state of California. Prior to their career in engineering, they were a Ski Instructor at Winterplace Ski Resort from November 1984 to April 1986.

David Case pursued a Masters in Civil Engineering at UC Irvine, a BSCE in Civil Engineering at Virginia Tech, and a Minor EE in Electrical Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology.
