Patti Lampien, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since June 2001, Patti has served as the HR Manager at Trombetta. Prior to this role, Patti worked as an HR Generalist at The Brewer Company from 2000 to 2007 and gained early experience as an HR Intern at Milwaukee Electric Tool from 1999 to 2001. Patti also had a brief role as a Sales Associate at JC Penney between 2002 and 2004. Patti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, earned in 2001.
