Tarryn Watkin

Head of Customer Success at Smore

Tarryn Watkin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tarryn started their career in 2010 as a Sales Representative at MEMO Global, where they were responsible for direct outbound sales and meeting monthly sales targets. Tarryn then moved on to YES DBS Satellite Services Ltd in 2013, where they worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative in the VIP Department. Their responsibilities included handling customer retention, sales, technical support, billing inquiries, and general service. In 2016, they joined Da'at Educational Expeditions as a Sales and Service Representative, managing sales and customer service. Since 2018, they have been working at Smore, beginning as an Account Executive and then transitioning to a Renewal Specialist role. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Success.

Tarryn Watkin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ruppin Academic Center, from the years 2014 to 2017.
