Tim Harden is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in management and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of IT for Smoot Construction since July 2019, Tim previously held positions such as Trustee at New Horizons Baptist Church and Manager of Information Systems at OhioHealth, where responsibilities included overseeing diverse IS teams and operational budgets. Tim's earlier roles include Network/EDI Manager at T. Marzetti Company, Manager of Networks and Internal IT at Netsmart Technologies, and Owner/Operator of Harden Consulting. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and an Associate of Science in Computer Communications from Cincinnati State Technical College.
