Simon Joachim has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Simon started their career at Konecranes in 2014 as an Administration intern, where they were responsible for creating a database of purchase information. Simon then worked as a Technical Advisor at Crédit Agricole, assisting clients with their inquiries and providing necessary information. In 2016, they joined Eurasmus as a Webmaster, focusing on SEO, SMO, and business development. At TomTom, where they worked in 2017, Simon served as a Social Media Marketer, managing social media campaigns, creating content, and organizing events and contests for the French market. Simon later joined Q°emotion in 2019 as part of their Growth Marketing team. In 2020, they became a Digital Project Manager at DNA - Digital Native Agency. Currently, Simon is employed at Smood as a CRM Manager.

Simon Joachim has a diverse education history. Simon first attended RISEBA University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Baccalauréat Scientifique in General Studies. Simon then pursued further education at KEDGE Business School from 2014 to 2018, obtaining a Master's degree in the European business program. In 2018, they attended KEDGE Business School again, this time completing a Master of Science in Digital Marketing & Sales. In 2019, Simon attended Le Wagon and obtained an RNCP II (bac +3) degree in Web app development. Alongside their formal education, they also obtained certifications in various areas such as building an online community, creating an editorial calendar, and search-friendly press releases from LinkedIn in October 2016.
