Jeff Bensch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations management. Currently serving as Software Support Manager at Smokeball since September 2017, Bensch leads a successful team of IT customer support specialists. Prior to this role, Bensch was the Director of Workforce Operations at UpRight Law, where strategic improvements in call efficiency were achieved through forecasting and scheduling. Bensch also held the position of Senior Manager - Sales and Operations, contributing significantly to the growth of a sales team. Earlier career milestones include serving as Location Manager at Hertz Corporation, where Bensch focused on sales and customer service, and working as a Program Counselor at Lutheran Outdoor Ministries of Ohio. Additionally, Bensch gained valuable experience as a Governmental Affairs Intern at The National Association of State Boards of Education. Bensch holds a B.A. in Political Science from The University of Findlay.
