DeLynn Familar is an experienced account and customer success manager with a solid background in client service and implementation. Currently serving as an Account Manager at SmithRx since March 2023, DeLynn previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at Castlight Health from June 2021 to January 2023. Prior to this, DeLynn worked at HealthEquity as a Service Delivery Manager III from August 2018 to June 2021. DeLynn's earlier career includes roles as an Implementation Consultant at iSolved HCM and ADP, where responsibilities included addressing client and vendor inquiries through various communication channels and resolving issues using multiple resources.
