Brian Lio

Brian Lio is the CEO of Smith+Crown, a previous Technical Director at DDB, and a Director of Project Management at Night Agency. Brian has been in the industry for over 8 years and has experience working with a variety of clients. Some of their notable clients include State Farm, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Cotton, Electrolux, New York Lottery, Transitions, Shiseido, David’s Bridal, Champion, Keds, Hanes, Tequlia Avion, Pisco Porton, American Harvest.

Lio graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in computer science and a focus on digital media. Brian began their career as a technical director at DDB where they were responsible for working across all digital projects to ensure effective, innovative, and successful technical delivery from ideation and strategy, to development, deployment, and client engagement. Brian then moved on to Night Agency where they were responsible for successful execution of agency projects and teams spanning all aspects of agency work from account management, new business and client relations, to production, development and design. Additionally, they were responsible for the development and management of an internal technology incubator and the creation and leadership of multiple startups under its umbrella programs.

In their current role as CEO of Smith+Crown, Lio is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the company. Brian leads a team of experts in the field of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology and is passionate about helping others navigate the complex world of digital currencies.

Brian Lio graduated with a BS in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship from Rochester Institute of Technology. Brian is currently CEO and co-founder of Blockfolio, a cryptocurrency investment tracking app.
