Michael Gaspers has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Michael started their career in 1983 at Farmland Foods, where they held various roles in quality assurance and control. Michael worked their way up to become the Corporate QA Manager before leaving in 2013. From 2004 to present, they have been associated with the National Conference on Weights and Measures and ASQ as an Associate Member and Senior Member, respectively. In 2013, they joined Smithfield Foods as the Director of Corporate Quality and later moved into roles as the Senior Director of QA & Technical Services and the Senior Director of IT Strategy & Delivery for Technical Services.
