Joe Passamani has a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on sales and business development. Joe has held various roles in different companies, starting with Sara Lee Corporation as a Regional Sales Manager from 1993 to 1995. Joe then moved to Farmland Foods as a Region Manager from 1995 to 1998. After that, they worked for Armour-Eckrich Meats as a Director of Business Development from 1998 to 2010, and as a Director West, Deli from 2009 to 2022. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Retail Sales West at Smithfield Foods, where they manage various sales divisions and is responsible for volume, margin, pricing, forecasting, new item development, and marketing.

Joe Passamani attended Marquette University from 1979 to 1983, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration.
