Devon Miller is an experienced professional in quality assurance and food safety, currently serving as the FSQA Manager at Smithfield Foods since November 2022. Previously, Devon held the position of Quality Assurance Manager and SQF Practitioner at Pretzels, Inc., a subsidiary of the Hershey Company, from July 2021 to November 2022, and at Hiland Dairy Foods from December 2019 to July 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Quality Control Chemist at Morton Salt from November 2017 to December 2019. In the academic arena, Devon contributed to cancer biology and molecular endocrinology research at Wichita State University from 2015 to 2017, focusing on histopathological analysis and the study of algal species for biodiesel production. Devon holds a B.S. in Biology with a Biomedical Emphasis and a minor in Chemistry from Wichita State University.
