Human Resources Administrative Manager at Smithereen Pest Management Services

Cheryl is the Human Resource Administrative Manager at Smithereen. She has been on board since 1998 and started her career as an administrative assistant. She persistently worked her way up through the company to her current corporate position. In 2005, she successfully passed the Foundations of Human Resource Administration Certificate Series with MRA Institute of Management, Inc; which gave her the tools to move forward as an HR leader. Cheryl wears many hats in the corporate office; she is responsible for all the administrative staff, talent acquisition, employee retention, managing employee benefits, accounting, and assisting the president with special projects. Cheryl is always looking for ways to improve Smithereen internally by making processes more efficient and easier to manage.
