Nate Douglas has extensive experience in business development and title examination, currently serving as Business Development Manager at Smith System since April 2015. Previously, Nate held the position of Curative Lead at Holland Services from November 2011 to April 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing title opinions and managing data entry assignments. Nate's career also includes a role as Title Examiner at Axia Land Services, focusing on title history research and preparation of mineral ownership reports. Additionally, Nate has experience in education as a Group Fitness Instructor and Part-Time Faculty Member at the University of Idaho, where teaching included self-defense and various fitness classes.
