Elena Melman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in facilities management, financial organization, and the arts. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities at Smith Street Workshop, a French immersion school, Elena oversees financial and business operations. Previous roles include Assistant Account Manager at CRM Management and Freelance Financial Organizer & Producer, collaborating with various production companies on budgets and payroll. At The Juilliard School, Elena developed the first workshop focusing on Voice-Over and On-Camera techniques. As a Creative Consultant and Adjunct Instructor, Elena has guided actors in achieving their career goals while teaching the business of musical theater. Additionally, Elena has held positions in talent management and representation with JLC Entertainment Group, Blue Ridge Entertainment, and ICM Partners. Elena holds an Associate's Degree in Fashion Merchandising from Tobe-Coburn School for Fashion Careers and has furthered education at The New School.
