Tracy Spencer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and human resources. Currently serving as a REALTOR® at Smith Spencer Real Estate since October 2023, Tracy previously held the position of Realtor at Coldwell Banker Caine from January 2014 to September 2017. Tracy's earlier career includes roles in human resources, beginning as a Human Resources Specialist at Phelps Dodge (1996-1997) and advancing to Human Resources Manager at GE from March 1997 to January 2014. Additional experience includes serving as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Spencer Gifts from 1993 to 1995 and as a Loan Officer at United Savings Bank from 1992 to 1993. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech, completed in 1992, and graduated from Cherry Hill High School East in 1988.
