Emily Geddes is an accomplished attorney at Smith + Malek, PLLC, specializing in transactional business and real estate law since September 2021. In addition, Emily serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Gonzaga University School of Law and has previously worked as a Law Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Washington, where responsibilities included supervising law clerks and managing a petty offense docket. A recipient of the 2021 Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence from Gonzaga University School of Law, Emily also contributed as Editor-in-Chief of the Gonzaga Law Review. Prior professional experience includes roles in consulting, nonprofit management, freelance writing, and credentialing coordination in healthcare. Emily holds a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and an MBA from Eastern Washington University.
