Stuart Hooper is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry, particularly at Smith & Nephew since April 2005. Currently serving as District Sales Manager, Stuart leads a 10-person sales team to meet performance objectives through effective coaching and resource management. Previous roles include North American AWC Sales Training Manager, where responsibility encompassed driving sales training and coordination for the Medical Device Wound Device portfolio, and Director of Sales for the Surgical Sales Team. Prior to Smith & Nephew, Stuart worked as an Account Representative at Lanier Worldwide and as an Account Manager at Merge Computer Group, demonstrating a strong background in developing marketing strategies and generating new client contacts. Stuart holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BS in Criminal Justice from East Carolina University.
