Neal Maxwell is a seasoned Senior Designer at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics since April 2004, where responsibilities include the design of print collateral and digital communications such as brochures, advertisements, and surgical techniques. Prior to this role, Neal served as Senior Art Director and Associate Creative Director at Rutland Simmons Group from 1992 to 2002, managing the agency's creative department and directing communication solutions for a diverse range of clients across various markets. Neal holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The University of Memphis and graduated from Overton High School.
