Lydia Alvarado, POPM, CSM, is a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience spanning from 1999 to the present. Currently employed at Smith+Nephew since November 2021, Lydia has previously held senior analyst positions at Northwestern Mutual and ServiceMaster, as well as roles including IT Product Owner and Business Systems Analyst at other organizations. Notably, Lydia served as Vice President - Business Technology Analyst at US Bank, overseeing project charters and business line prioritization. With a strong foundation in requirements management, software testing, and user training, Lydia has contributed significantly as a Senior Business Analyst and Vice President in various capacities.
