Melanie Gillette is a Partner at Smith Freed Eberhard, where practice focuses on commercial litigation defense, specializing in premises liability, products liability, automobile liability, catastrophic injury, liquor liability, and commercial liability claims. Prior to this role, Melanie served as a Senior Attorney and an Attorney at Smith Freed Eberhard, also concentrating on commercial litigation defense. Melanie's experience includes working as an Attorney at DKM Law Group, focusing on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation in Oregon and Washington, and as an Associate Attorney at McGaughey Bridges Dunlap PLLC, representing clients in insurance defense and personal injury cases.
