Thomas Herman is a partner at Smith Duggan Buell & Rufo LLP, a position held since 2018. Previously, Thomas served as the Deputy National Issues Director for the Dukakis for President campaign from 1987 to 1988. Thomas received education at the University of Oxford from 1971 to 1972 and is an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania.
