Daphne Lamothe currently serves as Provost at Smith College, a position held since July 2024. In addition, Daphne Lamothe is a Professor of Africana Studies at the same institution. Daphne Lamothe obtained a Doctor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of California, Berkeley, completing the degree in December 1997.
