Laura Boni's work experience includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Ginger Media starting in 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Smiling Video as the COO of GingerGeneration.it since September 2018. Laura also held the role of Editor-in-chief at GingerGeneration.it since July 2010.

Laura Boni earned a Laurea Triennale in Scienze dei Servizi Giuridici from Università degli Studi di Milano, completing their studies from 2006 to 2010.
