Khadija LAASRI started their work experience in 2019 as a Chargée de recrutement IT at Sofrecom Maroc for a period of three months. Khadija then moved on to work at ColibrITD as a Chargée de recrutement IT for four months. In 2020, they joined Stanley Field group as a Senior recruitment consultant and later became a Consultante en recrutement until early 2023. Currently, they are working at Smile as a Team Lead Sourcing / IT Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Khadija LAASRI completed their education at ENCG Casablanca from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a DIPLOME DES ECOLES NATIONALES DE COMMERCE ET DE GESTION degree with a major in Management des Ressources Humaines. Khadija achieved the second place in their promotion. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, Khadija studied at Ecole Supérieure de Technologie de Casablanca and obtained a Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie degree with a major in Gestion et Administration du Personnel. Khadija obtained the first place in their promotion. In addition, they obtained a certification in Gestionnaire de la paie from Le Directeur Financier in 2018.
