Ismael Catalá Gil has a long work experience in the IT industry, starting in 2006 as an Analyst and IT Consultant and Programmer at Colegio Nuestra Señora del Recuerdo. In this role, they were responsible for developing applications in IONIC, as well as transferring them to Java and Swift 2. Ismael was also the head of the mobility project, implementing WiFi throughout the school with Aruba and Unifi. In 2016, they became a Full Stack Developer at Safesport ID, where they developed modules and web design for the Prestashop ecommerce platform. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Consultor IT Freelance, CTO at ioon technologies, and DevOps Technical Lead at SmileandLearn. In these roles, they had a wide range of responsibilities, including IT Project Management, SCRUM Master, Design and Implementation of Minimum Viable Product, Director of Innovation Projects in Health, DevOps Manager of Architecture, Cloud Architecture with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, Prototyping with Arduino and Shields, User Experience UX-UI, and more.

Ismael Catalá Gil has a background in Information Engineering. Ismael began their educational journey in 2005, earning a Tecnico Superior en Administracion de Sistemas Informáticos from Escuela Profesional Padre Piquer. From 2007 to 2013, they completed a Grado in Ingeniería informática at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. In 2011 and 2012, Ismael completed a CURSO ADMINISTRACIÓN ENTORNOS WINDOWS SERVER from Udemy Alumni. In 2015, they completed both a DESARROLLO SWIFT and DESARROLLO SWIFT 2 Y 3 course from Udemy Alumni.
