Roel Kok is a result-oriented, commercially driven interim manager with a strong focus on team dynamics and process improvement. As of June 2023, Roel Kok serves as the Commercieel directeur at Smienk Trapliften, while also being the owner of ROEL since January 2013. Roel Kok has a proven track record in enhancing customer experience and integrating these improvements throughout the organization in an enthusiastic and energetic manner. Additionally, Roel Kok founded Kunstgrasboer.nl in March 2015 and previously held the position of Hoofd Sales at Prominent Comfortproducten BV from May 2010 to September 2012, where responsibilities included overseeing branch operations, setting goals, and coordinating sales training.
