Tomasz H. has extensive experience in engineering and project management, holding the position of Senior Technical Manager at Ortofon A/S from September 2015 to November 2023, where responsibilities included leading technology projects, implementing technology into product portfolios, and engaging in shared R&D initiatives. Prior to that, Tomasz served as a Process Engineer at MpicoSys Solutions BV, overseeing the introduction and improvement of production technologies and managing R&D projects. Additional roles include Project Coordinator at Steel Protection, focusing on production order control, and Project Leader at Plastivaloire, managing new production projects and change management.
