Maria Man-Ivascau began their work experience in July 2020 as a Summer Intern at NTT DATA Romania. Maria then joined SMEDIX Inc in November 2020 as a Software Developer. In October 2022, they transitioned to the role of Software Engineer at the same company.

Maria Man-Ivascau studied Computer Science at the Technical University of Cluj Napoca from 2017 to 2021. Maria obtained their degree in Computer Science during this period. In November 2022, they also earned the certification of a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc.
