Katlyn Patzwald serves as the Chief of Staff and Corporate Marketing & Executive Assistant at SME Solutions Group, Inc. since April 2015, where responsibilities include providing customized business intelligence solutions to clients across the U.S. Prior experience includes event management at Datz, overseeing the sales, budgeting, and execution of various events. As Vice President of Recruitment and Retention for the USF Panhellenic Association, Katlyn implemented recruitment strategies and led a team of 50, ensuring smooth event operations. A summer internship at Signature Brands Group Limited involved applying industrial engineering skills and managing factory operations. Katlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Economics from the University of South Florida, earned in 2013.
