Vincent MARTIN is an experienced HR professional specializing in talent development, project management, and change management. Since October 2021, Vincent has been the Responsable Talent Development Group at SMCP, overseeing talent cycle management and team leadership across international markets. Prior to this role, Vincent served as Consultant RH & SIRH at ACT-ON from 2017 to October 2021, managing HR integration projects and providing expertise in various HR modules for multiple high-profile clients. Vincent's earlier experience includes coordinating HR operations and recruitment at Randstad Digital France, as well as serving as Gestionnaire RH at MSA during a merger. Vincent holds a Master 2 degree in Human Resources Management from IAE de Poitiers and a DUT in Finances and Accounting from IUT Poitiers-Niort-Châtellerault.
