Carol Francis PMP, PMI-ACP, is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Project Manager at Amgen, responsible for resolving complex data issues and providing managerial solutions related to Time, HCM, and Payroll. With a strong background in Agile project management, Carol previously served as an Agile Project Manager at Centene Corporation, overseeing data conversion tasks from ADP HR to Workday. At Qurate Retail Group, Carol played a key role in the successful data conversion from PeopleSoft HCM to QRG Workday and developed SQL for data extraction, enhancing purchasing systems. Carol's extensive experience also includes significant leadership positions at HSNi, where milestones included substantial upgrades to PeopleSoft Financial and HR systems, earning a Vision award.
