Richard Jess Custodio, CPA, CIA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in diverse roles, including the current position of Finance Manager at San Miguel Global Power. Previously, Custodio served as President and Chair of the Board of Directors for Ashton Fields Homeowners' Association, Inc., overseeing the management of operation for over 700 homeowners.
