Brennan Beltz, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at SMB Team since January 2023. Prior to this role, Brennan held the position of Human Resources Strategic Partner and HR Manager at Service Access & Management, Inc. from November 2016 to January 2023. Brennan's career in the field began as a family-based therapist at Pennsylvania Counseling Services from January 2002 to November 2016. Brennan earned a Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational behavior and applied psychology from Albright College, completed in 2014.
