Nadine D. has extensive work experience in the field of People Operations. Nadine has been with smava GmbH since 2016, starting as a Junior HR Specialist and progressing to roles such as People Operations Manager, Senior People Operations Manager, and currently holds the position of Lead People Operations Specialist. Before joining smava GmbH, Nadine worked at Axel Springer Media Impact GmbH & Co. KG, where they held various roles in Personal/Controlling, starting as an Intern and Working Student and eventually becoming a Manager in that department. Nadine D. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at The Berlin School of Economics and Law from 2007 to 2011.
