Chris Lukic is an experienced entrepreneur and technology professional with a diverse background in software development and consulting. As the founder, designer, and developer of Smashrun since November 2009, Chris has combined big data with game mechanics to create an innovative running platform. Prior work includes serving as a consultant for Merrill Lynch, focusing on M&A compliance systems, and holding roles such as technical architect and developer, where Chris designed architecture for major global applications. Founding NewYorkOnTap.com, Chris dedicated efforts to mapping and reviewing New York City's bars. Chris began a career in technology at JPM, working on critical reporting and application development projects. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and studied at the University of Warwick.
