Mallory O'Leary has extensive experience in the restaurant and beauty industries, with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Smashburger since June 2018, Mallory has also held various managerial roles, including Training General Manager and General Manager. Prior to Smashburger, Mallory worked at Pei Wei for nearly a decade, advancing from Key Manager to Senior Manager. Additional experience includes positions as a Stylist at Beauty Brands and Senior Stylist at Madison Avenue Salon and Day Spa. Mallory O'Leary received education from Brillare Hairdressing Academy between 2010 and 2011.
