Heather Culver is a seasoned professional in the beauty and skincare industry with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Freelance Skin Care Consultant for philosophy and a Freelance Artist for Smashbox Cosmetics and Chanel since 2011, Heather also owns Culver Creations, which specializes in various facets of makeup artistry, including beauty, bridal, special effects, and body art.
