Todd Lindberg

Executive Vice President - Expansion at Smash Park Entertainment Group

Todd Lindberg has a diverse work experience in the food and entertainment industry. Todd started their career as a Sous Chef at BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group in 2006 and worked there for a year. In 2007, they joined Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano as an Executive Sous Chef and held the position until 2010. During this time, they gained experience in culinary management and kitchen operations.

In 2010, Todd became an Executive Chef at Jethro's BBQ / Splash Seafood. Todd was responsible for planning and executing five new store openings, increasing profit margins through menu analysis and implementing standardized recipes at all locations. Todd worked at Jethro's BBQ / Splash Seafood until 2016.

After that, Todd joined Adventureland Resort as a Food & Beverage Director. Todd played a crucial role in the opening and re-launch of a hotel sports bar, introducing systems, policies, and procedures. Todd also coordinated and executed various events, functions, and banquets. Todd worked at Adventureland Resort until 2017.

In 2018, Todd joined Smash Park Entertainment Group as the Vice President of Operations. In this role, they managed the company's operations and contributed to its growth and success. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Executive Vice President - Expansion, taking on additional responsibilities. Todd continues to work at Smash Park Entertainment Group.

Todd Lindberg attended Big Foot High School from 1999 to 2002. Todd did not earn a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during this time. Later, from 2003 to 2005, Todd attended The Culinary Institute of America, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts.
