Oksana Baranova has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Oksana started in 2014 as an English Teacher at A.B.C World Languages Center. In 2014, they joined TELEPHONIC SOLUTIONS LLP as a Customer Service Manager, where they provided consultation and technical support for IP telephony services. Oksana was later promoted to Head of Customer Support. In 2016, Baranova moved to PST - Platinum Services Telecommunication Ltd. as a Junior Customer Support Engineer and worked their way up to Senior Customer Support Engineer and then Head of Customer Support. Their responsibilities included troubleshooting, monitoring traffic quality, and supporting B2B and B2C customers. In 2019, they joined Global Message Services as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for technical support, creating technical tasks, and communication with customers. Currently, they are working at SmartyAds as an Account Manager, and they were recently promoted to Senior Account Manager in 2023.
Oksana Baranova completed their education at the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University from 2009 to 2014. Oksana obtained a Master's degree in English, specializing in being an English Lecturer, Teacher of Ukrainian Language and World Literature, and Translator. Additionally, they have acquired additional certifications including "Magnite University Certified: Buyer's Guide to Connected TV" from Magnite in February 2023, "Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills" from Coursera in November 2021, and "Basic WEB and SQL for software testing" from SKILLUP (Ukraine) in December 2019.
